Protecting your private information is our priority. This Statement of Privacy applies to and Southport Park Association (SPA) and governs data collection and usage. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise noted, all references to Southport Park Association include and SPA. The SPA website’s purpose is to communicate who we are and what we do as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit association. Our primary purpose is to seek and manage financial support for programs dedicated to environmental stewardship and the restoration, preservation and maintenance of our coastal public spaces and historic structures. ​ By using the SPA website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement. 

Collection of your Personal Information  SPA may collect personally identifiable information, such as your Name, Address, and Email Address 

If you purchase SPA’s products and services, we collect billing and credit card information.   This information is used only to complete the purchase transaction and not saved for any other purpose. 

SPA encourages you to review the privacy statements of websites you choose to link to from SPA so you can understand how those websites collect, use and share your information. SPA is not responsible for the privacy statements or other content on websites outside of the SPA website.
